Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef in a HUGE skillet on medium high heat. Dump the grease. Then add chopped veggies.
Step 2
Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add spices. Add soy sauce. Add 6 cups of water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 25 minutes.
Step 3
After 25 minutes uncover and add 1 lb of macaroni noodles. Give a good stir. Then cover again for 25 minutes.
