Ingredients

⅔ cupunbleached all-purpose flour

½ cupalmond flour

⅓ cupcoconut flour

1 heaping tablespoonfiber supplement

2 tablespoonschickpea flour

2 tablespoonsflax meal

1 tablespoonsground chia seed

⅓ cupunsweetened cocoa powder

cinnamon

1 ½ teaspoonsbaking soda

¼ teaspoonsalt

2 tablespoonscoconut oil

2 tablespoonssugar

2 tablespoonsStevia

1 teaspoonstevia extract

1 ¾ cupsunsweetened applesauce

3eggs

½ cupmilk

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar

2 tablespoonssemisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar and wet ingredients, except the vinegar. It's recommended to use a hand mixer to whip the butter/sugar first, then slowly add everything else til the end.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients separately.
Step 3
Mix dry into wet and into greased 9x13.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 25-30, or clean toothpick.
Step 5
Sprinkle Chocolate chips on top of hot cake, let them melt. Spread them over the cake. Easy. Yummy.
