Instructions

Wrapped goat cheese

Step 1
Slice the goat cheese.
Step 2
Wrap each cheese slice with 1 slices of bacon.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the wrapped cheese slices and fry for about 1,5-2min each side until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.

Slice the plum.

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the garlic mayonnaise.

Place the arugula, plum and goat cheese on top. Season with pepper.

Drizzle on the honey.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
