Instructions

Scrambled eggs

Step 1
Crack the eggs in to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.

Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the eggs and fry for about 2min.

Bacon

Step 3
Heat the pan. Leave the heat on high. Then add the bacon and fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides.

Wrap

Step 4
Slice the tomato.
Step 5
Heat up a pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the cheese and form a circle. Make sure it's covered completely with the cheese. Let the cheese melt for about 3min.

Then place the tortilla wrap on top and press down with your hand to make it stick better.
Step 7
Spread the center of the tortilla wrap with the mayonnaise.
Step 8
Top it with the salad, tomato slices, eggs and bacon.
Step 9
Use a spatula or your hands to roll the tortilla together.
