Instructions
Step 1
1. Grease and base-line a 28×23cm (11x9inch) tin.
Step 2
2. Break chocolate up and melt 75g (3oz) with butter in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.

3. Stir in sugar and gradually beat in eggs.
Step 4
4. Sift flour and cocoa together and fold into chocolate mixture with nuts.
Step 5
5. Spoon into prepared tin.
Step 6
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) Mark 4 for 30 minutes.
Step 7
7. Cool in tin, then turn out.
Step 8
8. Mix curd cheese, orange rind, juice and Icing sugar together and spread over cake.
Step 9
9. Melt remaining chocolate and pipe on top to decorate.
Step 10
10. Cut into 8 pieces.
