Step 1
Rinse beef & bones
Step 2
Boil for 10 minutes then clean off beef & bones (remove excess fat & any bone fragments) also wipe out and rinse pot
Step 3
Bring back to a boil
Step 4
Add all ingredients except the Cabbage or greens
Step 5
Boil on med/high for an hour
Step 6
Boil on medium for an hour or more (all day is awesome!)
Step 7
Discard onion
Step 8
Add greens toward the end (maybe 15 mins or so depending on how much you want them cooked)
Step 9
Serve
