Instructions

Ricotta cream

Step 1
Chop the basil and sundried tomatoes. Grate the Parmesan cheese
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Wrap

Step 3
Slice the tomato.
Step 4
Spread the front center of the wrap with with the ricotta cream.
Step 5
Top it with the arugula and tomato slices.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
