These Crumbl Butterfinger peanut butter cookies are a fun way to enjoy your favorite candy but in cookie form. Made with a chewy cookie base, packed with Butterfinger candy, and melted chocolate on top!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set aside.
Step 2
Cream butter, peanut butter, & sugars. Add eggs & vanilla; mix until combined.
Step 3
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, & salt; mix just until the flour mixture disappears. Gently fold in Butterfinger pieces.
Step 4
Using lg. cookie scoop, scoop out 9 equally sized cookie dough balls; roll in hands, then gently flatten them to about 1”-thick.
Step 5
Bake (10 min.).
Step 6
Cool before topping with the melted chocolate-oil mixture; sprinkle some chopped up Butterfinger candy on top.

Chocolate Topping

Step 7
Melt chocolate & oil in sm. micro.-safe bowl in 30-second increments until fully melted & smooth.

Notes

Step 8
Store in air-tight container at room temp. (up to 4 days.)
Step 9
Store in the fridge (up to 7 days). To reheat, pop them in micro. (5-10 sec.) to get them melty & delicious again before enjoying them.
