Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter
Step 2
Beat eggs & combine with milk
Step 3
Add flour & mix very well. Add more flour if needed.
Step 4
Work the dough for a few minutes. Shape into small balls. (Easier when the dough is cold!)
Step 5
Grease the cialde iron. Heat the iron & bake on the stove top. Flip when one side is golden brown. Remove & allow to cool.
Step 6
Dough can be made ahead of time & kept in the fridge.
