Step 1
Heat pan on high heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 mins then 2 mins on the other side.
Step 2
Turn heat down to medium and add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 mins.
Step 3
Mix soy sauce, honey, stock and rice vinegar in a bowl, add to pan and turn heat up. Simmer for 4-5 mins.
Step 4
Cook rice. Serve with chicken sprinkle with chilli flakes and parsley.
