DIY Cooking Oil Spray Bottle
3 steps
Prep:1minCook:1min
Here's how I make my DIY cooking oil spray for low calorie recipes. The next time you run out of frylight, why not top up the empty bottle with this recipe to use up some spare oil?
As for the ratio I use, it really is personal preference, but find that if I add no water, the spray gets stuck and if I add too much water, I get a residue in my pan. So that's my reasoning; you might want to experiment. And obviously, it goes without saying that this is harder to work out the calories compared to a Frylight 1 calorie per spray.
