raw, XL, shells and tails off, I used the 16-20 count size
2 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoonMild Jerk Seasoning
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoononion powder
1 Tbspolive oil extra virgin
1red bell pepper
medium, chopped
1green bell pepper
medium, chopped
3 sprigsgreen onion
chopped
3cloves garlic
minced
2 cupheavy cream
½ cupcoconut milk
½ cupchicken broth low sodium
5 ouncesparmesan cheese
shredded
16 ouncespenne noodles
½ tspadobo all purpose seasoning
⅛ tspground black pepper
½ Tbspjamaican jerk seasoning
brand in mild
½ tspthyme
¼ tsppaprika
parsley
optional garnish
Instructions
Step 1
– Do not use regular chicken broth (it’s high in sodium ) , use a low or no sodium chicken broth instead
Step 2
– Clean your shrimp with lemon juice and cold water before seasoning them
Step 3
1. In a bowl add shrimp , jerk seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder – mix well until shrimp is evenly coated with seasoning
Step 4
2. In a large skillet heat olive oil

3. Sear shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked
Step 6
Cook noodles according to packaging (Al dente ), then drain and set aside
Step 7
In a large pot, add 1 tablespoon of oil and garlic then cook for 1-2 minutes on medium high heat
Step 8
Add the red pepper, green pepper, and green onion then sauté for 3-5 minutes or until tender
Step 9
Stir in heavy cream, coconut milk, and chicken broth and allow it to simmer for 8-10 minutes while stirring every few minutes
Step 10
Season sauce mixture with all purpose seasoning , pepper, jerk seasoning, paprika and thyme -stir well
Step 11
Slowly Stir in Parmesan cheese and allow sauce to cook for 5-7 minutes (taste to make sure it’s seasoned to your liking-adjust if necessary )
Step 12
Add the noodles to the sauce mixture and cook for another 6-8minutes, stirring every few minutes
Step 13
Add Jerk shrimp – stir well
Step 14
Remove from heat and serve!
