Cookie Butter French Toast Sticks

These were soooo good. I wasn't sure if it'd be too sweet with brioche and cookie butter, but it was a great combo and I'd wholeheartedly recommend doing this next time you're craving french toast.

Step 1
Cut your brioche slices vertically into 3 french toast sticks, each.
Step 2
Spread cookie butter onto one side of a french toast stick, then sandwich it together with another stick.
Step 3
Make the egg dip: Whisk two eggs together until smooth. Add milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk together.
Step 4
Add the french toast sticks (sandwiched with cookie butter) into the bowl with eggs. Let it soak for roughly 2 min on each side.
Step 5
On a buttered pan over medium-low heat, add your french toast sticks. Cook until browned on both sides (roughly 2-3 minutes).
Step 6
Serve with maple syrup!
