¾ cupmilk
any kind
¼ cupsweet cream
international delight, or half n half or other creamer of choice
2 tablespoonshoney
or sweetener of choice, maple sugar, stevia, etc
½ teaspoonvanilla bean paste
or vanilla extract
½ cupfresh raspberries
or frozen
Cheesecake Swirl
Instructions
Step 1
Add oats, milk, International Delight® Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream, honey, and vanilla extract to a medium microwavable-safe bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, or until oats reach your desired consistency.
Step 3
Remove from the microwave, add raspberries, and stir. Set aside.
Step 4
To make the cheesecake swirl, in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, International Delight® Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Swirl into oatmeal.
