Matcha Raspberry Tiramisu

This one is for both matcha lovers and haters! Delicious layers of biscuits dipped in raspberry jam and sweet matcha mascarpone cream. Super easy and quick to make!

Instructions

Step 1
Cream the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and sifted matcha powder until mixture is smooth. Add the cold heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside in the fridge.
Step 2
Scoop raspberry jam into a bowl and microwave until it’s more liquidy.
Step 3
Dip your lady fingers into the jam and place the first layer on the bottom of your pan. Spread more jam on top to fill the space. Then, spread half of the matcha cream on top. Follow by another layer of raspberry-dipped lady fingers and the rest of the matcha cream. Top with sifted matcha powder and raspberries. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours, enjoy!
