Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Lime Slaw & Corn Nut Crumble

We're not exactly sure when shrimp tacos became our favorite thing. All we know is we can't get over the contrast of snappy shrimp and creamy slaw. These three are smoky and sweet from the shrimp’s honey chipotle glaze, with a cooling crunch from avocado lime slaw. Add hot sauce for heat, corn nut crumble for saltiness, then thank us later.

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Freeze or cook shrimp within 2 days. Frozen shrimp must be thawed overnight in the fridge before cooking. When thawing, keep shrimp in original packaging, and place in a bowl or or bag to protect from leaks. Cook within 2 days of thawing.
Step 2
Open shrimp and discard any liquid. Place in tray and toss them in Honey Chipotle Glaze.
Step 3
Put only shrimp trays in the oven, and cook.
Step 4
Toss Avocado Lime Dressing with Cabbage slaw.
Step 5
Warm tortillas in the oven's residual heat for 15 seconds, then for tacos. Optional: add hot sauce and corn nut crumble.
