Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Put salmon on a roasting pan. Rub the skin side with olive oil, salt and pepper it. On tip, drizzle oil liberally and coat the flesh with rosemary and dill. Salt to your taste with course sea salt and bake for 15-20 minutes until *just* cooked- the filet should be very moist and tender. (Internet Shaquille recommends 5 mins for every half inch of depth at its thickest point)
