Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, sliced red onion, and chopped fresh dill.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

Pour the brine over the cucumber mixture and toss well to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
