Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Season thighs with salt and pepper on both sides
Step 3
Melt half of the butter in cast iron skillet
Step 4
Brown chicken, starting skin side down, for 2-3 minutes per side and set aside
Step 5
Sauté garlic on remaining butter for 1-2 minutes
Step 6
Stir in brown sugar, honey, and herbs
Step 7
Add chicken back to pan and toss in sauce
Step 8
Move to oven and roast for 25-30 minutes
