A simple, salmon salad that is easy to make and is perfect for anyone with stomach issues.

Instructions
Step 1
Coat piece of salmon in olive oil. Top with dill weed and black pepper.
Step 2
Cook salmon in the air fryer or oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While the salmon cooks, chop fresh dill and basil. Add to a bowl with olive oil and the juice of 1 lemon. Add pepper and mix.
Step 4
Add lettuce of choice to a bowl. Top lettuce with chopped cucumber, tomato and slivered almonds.
Step 5
Add dressing to salad base and mix.
Step 6
When salmon is done cooking, add to the top of the salad and enjoy!
