Mexican lamb wraps with guacamole

Just did street tacos with leftover lamb from this recipe. Turned out great but probably won't do corn tortillas again

Added some spices (salt, pepper, ground coriander). Really quick, easy and delicious. Will definitely make again, maybe add some more veggies?

Used lamb stew meat and cooked it in the slow cooker. It was really good but might add some chipotle peppers next time for some more spice

I hate de-boning lamb so I slowly cooked the lamb and then shredded it.

Very easy to prepare. Guacamole was great!

I replaced the lamb with beef. Good combination between the guacamole and the fried red onions. It really elevates the meat

Easy and delicious!

This was really good and super easy. I browned some lamb stew meat in the IP with onion, garlic, and spices and then added lime and 4 oz. of beer and pressure cooked for 30 min. The meat came out so tender and it was a tougher cut of meat to begin with.

Taste was not bad, it was different. I did need a little salt in guacamole for taste.
