Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, slice up the sausages and leeks adding to a baking dish. Drizzle over oil + pinch salt and shake to combine
Step 2
2️⃣Bake at 200C (fan oven) for 20 minutes
Step 3
3️⃣Remove from the oven and add in the garlic + drained butterbeans + mustard + cream + 1/4 cup water + pinch salt & pepper and mix
Step 4
4️⃣Lay over the puff pastry sheet and push in the sides to seal the edges. Glaze with oil and slice 3 lines in the top of the pastry
Step 5
5️⃣Bake at 200C (fan oven) for 25 minutes until the pastry is nice and golden
