Step 1
Roll ground beef in a ball and put it on the hot grill. Cover it with a piece of parchment paper, and press it really thin to form a crust. Cook it on both sides.
Step 2
To make burger sauce mix Kewpie mayo, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder and pickle juice.
Step 3
Toast the buns on the grill and assemble the burger.
