Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease a 9 in baking pan with coconut oil.
Step 2
Combine the oat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, raw honey and vanilla extract. Mix with a hand mixer until no clumps remain.
Step 4
Gently fold in the chopped and pitted cherries using a wooden spoon or spatula.
Step 5
Press the batter into the baking pan evenly.
Step 6
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Optionally, cool completely before frosting with whipped vanilla frosting and then frost and top with cherries.
