Instructions
Step 1
Fry cloves in olive oil until brown.
Step 2
Add cayenne, stir quickly to avoid burning
Step 3
Add tomato, pimentón, Rosemary & sugar.
Step 4
Cook on medium heat for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Remove garlic & Rosemary.
Step 6
Serve over hot fried potatoes with aioli or Mayo.
