Ingredients
12 servings

1 poundbulk pork sausage

1 packagefrozen spinach
thawed and squeezed dry

6bacon strips
cooked and crumbled

¼ cuponion
finely chopped

¼ cupsweet red pepper
finely chopped

1 cupMonterey Jack cheese
shredded

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

10eggs

¾ cup2% milk

2 teaspoonsfresh dill
snipped, or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

chili powder

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoonpepper

¼ teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Spoon into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch baking dish
Step 2
Layer with spinach, bacon, onion, red pepper and cheeses
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over top
Step 4
Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
Step 5
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting
