Instructions
Step 1
Chop steak into 1" pieces and marinate in lime juice and Worcestershire sauce for at least 15 minutes
Step 2
Saute onions and peppers in Worcestershire and lime juice to taste
Step 3
Cook steak pieces until at least 145 degrees
Step 4
Lightly grill sliced avocado
