Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add the shredded, cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa and spices. Mix well to combine. You can add more or less spices based on your own taste.
Step 2
Lay out all 8 low carb tortillas and divided chicken mix among the tortillas.

Spread chicken mixture in a long row, the width of the tortilla..
Step 4
Roll up the tortilla as tight as you can
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray liberally with pan spray.
Step 6
Lay all 8 taquitos on the sheet pan. Spray the top of each taquito with pan spray, this will help the taquitos to get crunchy.
Step 7
Bake at 375 degrees for aprox. 25 mins.
Step 8
Serve with sour cream and your favorite low carb salsa.
