Instructions

Step 1
Cut the shallot, tomatoes, bell peppers, and dill pickle. Place in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Cook ground beef in a pan. Remove excess oil. Add ketchup, soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and cook until it comes to a boil.
Step 3
Add the beef to the bowl of vegetables and mix until well incorporated.
Step 4
Line a sheet pan with foil. The foil helps with easier cleanup. Layer half a bag of tortilla chips. Add 1/4 of the cheddar cheese. Add half the beef mixture. Layer another 1/4 of the cheese. Layer the rest of the tortilla chips. Layer another 1/4 of the cheese. Add the rest of the beef. Finally top off with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Top the nachos with sour cream. Best served when warm.
