Instructions
Step 1
1. Place pears in an ovenproof dish.

2. Whisk together eggs, sugar and honey until thick and creamy.

3. Fold in flour and spice, pour over pears.

4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) Mark 4 for 40 minutes or until risen and firm to touch.
