Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Alternatively you can use an air fryer set to 190C
Step 2
Cut one sheet of puff pastry in half along the middle or use two sheets to make a larger batch. To one half brush with a whisked egg (egg wash) and sprinkle over your cheeses, salt, chopped olives and sun-dried tomatoes (I didn’t add these but think they’d be perfect so going to try that next time!).
Step 3
Place the second half/sheet on top. Then using a knife or pizza cutter, cut strips.
Step 4
Twist tightly, pinching both ends to create a neat twist.
Step 5
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle some black sesame seeds or onion seeds on top. White sesame seeds are fine too!
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
Step 7
Enjoy on its own or with a dip!
