Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Process the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder for 30 seconds. Cut butter into ½ inch cubes and add to flour mixture, mix until mixture is crumbly. Stir vanilla into cream.
Step 3
With the food processor running, pour in 1 1/4 Cups of cream and stop it as soon as the cream has been added. If the dough starts to form a ball, remove it. If not, add 1 Tbsp cream until it does.
Step 4
Place dough on lightly floured, flat surface and knead in blueberries

Cut like a pie, into 8ish pieces
Step 6
bake for 10 minutes (maybe 15)

* Freeze & reheat on parchment
Step 8
*When frozen, preheat oven to 425, and bake for 15 minutes (checking at 12 minutes) Bottoms should be golden and the dough should be done all the way through.
