Clean, peel, and chop Sweet Potatoes into small pieces, then set aside.

In a skillet on low-medium hear, add in Butter. Once Butter is melted, add in Honey, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Salt; You can add more or less of these ingredients to your desired taste. Simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Step 4
Fully coat Potatoes in Honey Butter and place evenly on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
