Instructions
Step 1
Cut cabbage into quarters lengthways and salt generously between leaves. Leave.
Step 2
Chop spring onions, apple, radish, carrot , chives and set aside
Step 3
Blend the rest of the ingredients
Step 4
Rince cabbage and mix all together into sterilised jar making sure veg is all submerged.
Step 5
Room temperature for 2-5 days then fridge for 3 months
