Instructions

Step 1
Combine paprik, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl

Slice pork thin then pound to 5mm thick
Step 3
Arrange slices at the bottom of a dish, sprinkle them with the spices and vinegar to moisten them. Layer the meat, spices and vinegar. Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours

Tzatziki sauce

Step 4
In a colander, sprinkle the cucumbers diced and seeded with salt and let them drain for 30 minutes

Pat dry and combine with garlic, dill, lemon juice and puree in a blender

Stir in Greek yoghurt and rest in fridge until needed

Assembly

Step 7
Cut marinated pork into strips about 1cm wide

Cook in a hot pan until brown and crisp
Step 9
Brush pita with olive oil and grill until warm. Arrange meat on pita, cover with sauce, tomato, onion and salt and pepper. Roll and secure with wax paper
