Instructions
Step 1
In small pan add the butter to melt then add the shrimps and increase the heat to mid-high.
Step 2
Add the onions and mix them with the shrimps till the colour of shrimps change.
Step 3
Add a the garlic and the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste and mix for 1 minuet
Step 4
Add the washed rice to the pan and mix well
Step 5
Add hot water and cover the pan, change heat to mid-low and cook for 15 minuets or till the rice aldente
Step 6
Add the frozen peas and mix gently, cover and keep on low heat for 5 minuets
