Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Step 2
Slice the sweet potato into 1/4 inch fries.
Step 3
Place the sweet potatoes into a large bowl. Add olive oil and seasoning, toss the bowl until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Step 4
Spread the sweet potatoes fries out evenly on the pan. Make sure they are not overlapping. Bake fries for 17 minutes or until soft.
Step 5
Top Fries with salt.
