Instructions

Step 1
Cut your pork roast into 4-5 large chunks.
Step 2
Coat meat with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Add liquid smoke (optional).
Step 4
Chop onion and place in the pot.
Step 5
Place pork in the pot and pour in Dr. Pepper soda.
Step 6
Add BBQ sauce.
Step 7
Place pot on Manual High pressure for 50 minutes.
Step 8
Do a natural release of pressure for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Remove pork and drain juices.
Step 10
Shred with a fork and top with more BBQ sauce. Enjoy.
