Step 1
Melt the butter and add the sugar and egg and whisk

Mix in the flour tip thoroughly combined

Finely chop up the chocolate and mix this through

Divide the dough into 6 and prepare 6 squares of cling film
Step 5
Press the cookie dough out into the cling film and lay a crĂšme egg onto each

Wrap the cookie dough around the eggs with the help of the cling films and press it around into a large ball, then set these in the fridge while you prep the rest

Heat the oil in a pan to 170C
Step 8
Finely crush the biscuits and whisk the eggs
Step 9
Prepare 3 bowls: of flour, egg, and crushed biscuits
Step 10
Dip the balls in flour, egg, flour, egg, then biscuits ensuring a thick coating on each dip, pressing in the biscuits as much as you can at the end.

Dip the scotch eggs into the oil 2 at a time, frying for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through
