Instructions

Step 1
Prep Veggies: medium chop onion and pepper, ½" cube potato
Step 2
Remove sausage from casings and scramble fry with onion and bell pepper
Step 3
Add broth and thyme, bring to a boil
Step 4
Add potato and corn, return to a boil
Step 5
Cover and simmer for 15-20min until potatoes are cooked through
Step 6
Dissolve flour in milk, stir into soup
Step 7
Stir over medium heat until thickened
