Easy recipe for left overs and tastes great. You can swap out cream of mushroom for cream of chicken but it won't taste as good to my tongue. And it doesn't matter what milk you use will not adjust creaminess but using other then cow milk will adjust tatse

Step 1
Prep In A Glass Dish pour rice, chicken broth, and milk and stir to mix




Step 2
Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken and stir until everything is evenly mixed (if you want you can just add 10.5 oz of cream of chicken)


Step 3
Add chicken thighs and space out evenly around dish and sprinkle all seasonings on top. Add aluminum foil to cover. Let stand in fridge for 8 hours





Step 4
Cook
Heat oven to 375 for 45 min or until chicken is at 165°F
