Step 1
DO STEP 3 FIRST!! Put all EXCEPT flour, oats and baking powder in a pan. Heat on medium on the hob until all melted together and no sugar crystals remain. Do not burn!
Step 2
Add oats, flours and baking powder and combine well until all oats are coated
Step 3
Pre heat oven to 190 / 170 fan. Line a tray with baking paper

Step 4
Spoon 8 cookies into heaps know the tray, reasonably well separated because as they cook they will spread. Flatten a bit
Step 5
Cook for 10 to 12 mins until golden. Cool for at least 5 mins before serving
