1 cupoats
1 ¼ cupall purpose flour
⅓ cupsugar
⅔ cupbrown sugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
½ tspsalt
1 tspcinnamon
1 cupmilk
¼ cupbutter
melted
2eggs
2 Tbspsyrup
1 tspvanilla extract
1 cupberries

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and line muffin trays with liners or spray
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon
Step 3
Mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl: milk, butter, eggs, syrup, and vanilla
Step 4
One cup at a time, add oat and flour mixture to the wet ingredients bowl. Fold gently until all dry ingredients are incorporated into wet.
Step 5
Once combined, fold in berries and fold until incorporated. Do not over mix
Step 6
In a separate bowl, mix streusel toppings: brown sugar, flour, oats, chilled butter, vanilla and salt
Step 7
Spoon muffin mixture into muffin pans and fill 2/3 full. Then top mixture with 2 tbsp each of streusel mixture .
Place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Cool for 20 minutes and remove from muffin tin
