Instructions

Step 1
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin Spread on the mayonnaise and mustard on both sides.
Step 2
Cut the pickle into thin slices. Then top the toast with the cheese, ham and pickle slices.
Step 3
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork
Step 4
Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate Add the cheese to another flat plate
Step 5
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the cheese
Step 6
In a pan heat up 3 tbsp of sunflower oil Fry the toast on medium heat until crispy and golden brown
