Step 1
Saute squash and onions. Drain. Mix half sleeve of crackers with half cheese. Stir in squash and onions. Add eggs, 2 tbsp butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Place in casserole dish. Top with remaining crackers, cheese, and pats of butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
