Instructions

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan.
Step 2
Slowly bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes, without boiling.
Step 3
Take off heat and allow to infuse while cooling.
Step 4
Strain ingredients.
Step 5
Add to storage container.
Step 6
Chill.
Step 7
To serve, pour the mulled tea into chilled glasses.
Step 8
Serve over ice with dried orange, cinnamon stick and star anise.
