One-dish Salmon and Rice

A super flavourful one-dish salmon and rice is very beginner friendly! You just need to season it with the various spices and pop it into the oven 🍣 As usual, measurements are just a rough gauge, I tend to just sprinkle or drizzle my seasonings 😅! Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle oil over tray.
Step 2
Add garlic, onion, asparagus and mushrooms.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Season with 1 tsp paprika, tsp cumin, 1 tsp chilli flakes and a drizzle of honey. Mix well.
Step 5
Place salmon slices on top.
Step 6
Season the salmon on both sides with the same seasonings.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 10 mins at 200 degrees celcius.
Step 8
Remove from oven and add cooked rice and chopped cilantro.
Step 9
Place salmon slices back on top and bake for 6 more mins.
