Stock
360gchicken breast
bone-in skin-on, or whatever is on sale
1onion
1carrot
1 stalkcelery
1parsnip
salt
to taste
Vegeta
to taste
Tomato paste
to taste
1.5 Lwater

Instructions
Prep
Step 1
peel carrots, parsnip and onion
Step 2
chop celery, parsnip and carrots
Stock
Step 3
Put all above ingredients in a stock pot with 6 cups of water. Cook for about 45 minutes
Step 4
Take out the
onion and chicken
Step 5
Peel and debone a chicken, cut into small pieces and put back into the pot
Dumplings
Step 6
Beat an egg and add a pinch of salt
Step 7
Add semolina and oil
Step 8
Mix well. If too liquidy add more semolina until it loosely stays together
Step 9
Take small portions using a teaspoon and drop it in the soup
Step 10
Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Can continue cooking for as long as you want.
