Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken, celery, onion, garlic and chicken broth in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
Step 3
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.
Step 4
Drain cooking liquid, reserving 1/2 cup; discard solids.
Step 5
Toss chicken with reserved 1/2 cup broth.
Step 6
Return to slow cooker and mix in wing sauce.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low 30 more minutes.
Step 8
Fill lettuce leaves with chicken mixture and top with desired amount of celery, carrots, cheese and dressing.
