Step 1
Spray or line the crock pot
Step 2
Add the chicken, sprinkle over the seasonings, add in the diced onion, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low 3 hours.
Step 3
Meanwhile cut the biscuits in quarters.
Step 4
After 3 hours, shred or cut the chicken and add in the frozen vegetables. Mix together. Add the biscuits on top.
Step 5
Cover and cook on high for 2 more hours.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning to taste
